Climbing Wall

As an avid rock climber, I can never get my hands on enough rock. I have a passion for rock climbing and mechanical design, which led me to design and build a climbing wall for my basement. The wall acts as a personal training device, as well as a fun creative output when setting my own climbing routes, or "problems". Through these problems I am able to express my unique climbing style and also continuously improve my technique by incorporating moves that exploit my weaknesses. The wall features two 4' X 8' pieces of plywood attached to a wooden frame. Holes were drilled in the plywood for the T-nuts that are used to attach the rock holds to the wall.
